Tech Editor Kennedy couldn't think of any reason why he shouldn't own a 5-ton truck, though we think cruising in L.A. traffic may be a bit of a chore. If you have to have one of these big trucks, be warned that you will need to fill out an End-Use-Certificate and get your background checked before the feds will let you buy one.
