The Superlift track-bar lowering... The Superlift track-bar lowering bracket aligns with two factory holes. Install the lowering bracket to the frame and Superlift's progressive three-stage bumpstop to the bracket. Also install the dropped pitman arm in the same position as the OE arm using the factory hardware. Prep the lower multishock... Prep the lower multishock brackets by installing the shock studs. The brackets install on one of the upper link-arm studs and make use of three new holes per bracket drilled into the axle for additional bolts. The multishock hoop attaches to existing holes at the rear and shock tower, and another hole must be drilled at the front. To install the Superlift dual... To install the Superlift dual steering-stabilizer system, remove the factory stabilizer and cut off the factory mount on the passenger side. The new stabilizer brackets attach to the lower trailing-arm mounts on both sides. The center brackets U-bolt to the tie rod, then the stabilizers bolt to the brackets. The Superlift kit includes... The Superlift kit includes longer factory-style sway-bar links instead of less-expensive spacer brackets. The track bar is easier to reattach once the vehicle is back on the ground. The 6-inch kit also includes... The 6-inch kit also includes an emergency-brake bracket. Disconnect the cables at the tensioner. Level the rear by removing... Level the rear by removing the U-bolts on one side of the axle and lowering the axle away from the spring. Insert the lift block or the soon-to-be-available spring-pack upgrade, and secure using the kit's U-bolts. Install the Superlift bumpstop drop bracket, a feature currently not offered in other kits. The Bilstein rear dual-shock... The Bilstein rear dual-shock option easily mounts one boinger in the stock position and the other inboard using the kit's hardware. This 6-inch Superlift kit... This 6-inch Superlift kit easily clears 37-inch tires. We chose 37x12.50-17 Goodyear Wrangler MT-Rs because of their "E" load range (in line with a 3/4-ton truck's load capacity), well-respected on- and off-road performance, and full-advertised height. Robby Gordon DOT-compliant 17x8 StreetLock wheels (designed by Robby himself and manufactured by Ultra Custom Wheels) complete the rolling stock.
