2003 4Wheel & Off-Road Jamboree Indianapolis - The Indiana State Fairgrounds

We try to sneak back East as often as Editor Rick Pw's expense account will let us to check out the 4x4 scene. Last September we made the rounds at the 23rd annual Advance Auto Parts Fall 4-Wheel & Off-Road Jamboree Nationals in Indianapolis and scoped out the action.

The Indiana State Fairgrounds is home of the biggest Jamboree of the year and attracts more monster trucks, mud dragsters, Tough Trucks, and show trucks in one place than anywhere else on earth. The weather is still warm enough for bikinis, but not so hot that you'll melt as fast as your ice cream cone. If you've never been, it's worth a visit next year on the weekend of September 24-26, 2004.
