Thousands of off-roaders had a blast at the 44th annual Tierra Del Sol Desert Safari in the Truckhaven Hills near the Salton Sea. The festivities started on Friday afternoon and never stopped during the whole weekend. The rain didn't show up, but fireworks from south of the border did - and they could been seen in the sky all night as 'wheelers braved the trenches, along with hundreds of trails that included hill climbs and washes.
