The Glendive Short Pine OHV Area just outside Miles City, Montana, is full of technical trails like V-notches, narrow ridges, and rock gardens. Tom Allen and copilot Carl Yarbrough twist up the largest and second-coolest vehicle on UA, the super functional '67 M715.

The drive from North Dakota to Wyoming was unique in the fact that most of the roads off the main highway are still dirt and gravel. This isn't a very comfortable ride for the guys in buggies and open-top rigs. Luckily for them we didn't have to travel all the way to Wyoming on these roads.

2008 Ultimate Adventure Off Road Trail
Although this trail doesn't look extremely difficult in the photo, it was a narrow ridge along a small hill just wide enough for the vehicle to pass. There was also a slight upward grade, which made it difficult for the driver to see where his vehicle's wheels were actually tracking on the trail. A slip at the edge of the trail would have won a 50-yard multiple roll down the hill.
