Campfire TalkA Who's Who of the 4x4 CommunityAmericans for Responsible Recreation Access (ARRA) is an alliance formed by members of various outdoor councils and associations advocating responsible land use. The group includes horseback riders, bicyclists, personal watercraft users, off-highway vehicle users, snowmobile riders, and vacationing families. The purpose in joining together is to open dialogue among the administration, congress, land management agencies, and the public in determining the best and most equitable use of public lands and waterways. Most importantly, the group takes its role in promoting environmental responsibility seriously and has coordinated resources to help promote these ideals so that all can enjoy the great outdoors. Visit the ARRA Web site at www.responsiblerecreation.com.
