The 408 big-block swap is super-clean and looks like it originally came with the truck.
1976 Chevrolet K20 Winch
The front end is a mix of brand-new GM parts and refinished originals. Pete prepped and painted the truck himself. A Warn 8274 rests in a owner-fabricated front bumper.
1976 Chevrolet K20 Transfer Case
The stock NP203 was removed and replaced with a stout NP205, which handles the increase in power without a problem.
1976 Chevrolet K20 Rear Suspension
The front features a Dana 44 held in place with Rancho springs and shocks while the venerable 14-bolt was used in the rear. They both house 4.11 gears.
