6. Lifting the heavy 3/4-ton Ford without compromising articulation can be a bit of a challenge. Pro Comp Suspension makes an 8-inch lift kit that utilizes 2-inch hangers and a longer 6-inch spring pack that allows more lift without using an overly arched spring.
