Finding the right balance of strength, simplicity, and price was definitely on our minds we when examined the drivetrain options for our Ultimate Z71. In the end it was the factory 4l60E that received a refresh and some new parts from Advance Adapters, and a Doubler from Off Road Design that mates a NP203 with a NP203 to form a 4:1 low range and round out or nice and affordable drivetrain setup.
