The Autofab 4 1/2-inch urethane bumpstops should only be compressed to about half their height. Building the bumpstop mounts so that metal contacts metal at full bump eliminates the possibility of over-compressing and damaging the urethane. A loud clank can be heard when we get too crazy, which lets us know we need to slow down. View Related Article
