1. To install the new power-steering kit you need to first remove the radiator, crank pulley, and manual steering box. Drill out the plastic pins in the steering shaft so it will collapse to the proper length.

2. Once everything is removed you simply bolt on the new blue anodized dual belt pulley and pump bracket. There is also a new U-joint assembly that attaches the stock steering shaft to the Tracker/Sidekick box.

3. I finished the install by attaching the pump, bolting the new box to the frame, and mounting the reservoir. The directions suggest attaching the reservoir to the stock jack bracket and trimming the hoses, but I built a mount up on the fender and used the stock hose lengths. I also moved the radiator overflow to the passenger side of the radiator to clear the lines to the box.
