Of course, we poured some 100 percent synthetic Amsoil into the engine once we had everything buttoned up (don't forget the drain plug). Our engine took a couple extra quarts with the Amsoil remote filter kit, thusly adding extra cost to every oil change, but also adding longer intervals between each change.
