7. The radius arms are built from 1.75x0.120-inch and 1.5x0.120-inch DOM tubing and plated for added strength. The C-bushing heads are welded in with 2 degrees of additional caster to aid in caster correction...

The CNC-machined threaded tube adapter and massive 1.25-inch QA1 Heim joints provide bind-free flex throughout suspension articulation. The WCB radius arms will also fit a '78-'79 fullsize Bronco and F-150.

8. The suspension kit also includes a drop pitman arm. Here's a tip for you if you see yourself replacing a pitman arm: They are sometimes tough to remove. Don't try and beat it down and off with a hammer. This just jams and binds the pitman arm on the splined steering-box shaft. Use the right puller, or tap the side of the pitman arm with a hammer. In most cases, after a little tapping the arm drops right off.

9. WCB's soft-ride coil springs, in combination with the dual-shock setup, will give the Bronco a well-mannered and stable highway ride and increased articulation on the trail. We have tested some long-travel setups before that were scary due to excessive body roll and crazy steering; this system wasn't one of them.

10. Shocks aren't included in the suspension system because there are so many options available. This rig was fitted with a Rancho dual-shock setup, but the suspension can be ordered with a wide array of coilovers, air shocks, single shocks, and hydraulic bumpstops.

11. This is the suspension we tested on-highway and on the trail. This trick King shock setup for some may be more expensive, but we definitely feel it's worth it.

12. The long-travel suspension came with Deaver 11-leaf rear springs. Deaver has been around for as long as anyone can remember and builds all of its quality spring packs in the good ol' USA, not overseas. These leaf springs are designed to give the right amount of lift and proper rate for the Bronco.

13. The WCB long-travel suspension gave this Bronco the amazing ability to climb up and over some big obstacles. Not only did it articulate exceptionally well, but it handled like a well-mannered champ on the highway.
