On our recent trip to the 25th anniversary of the Family Event's 4-wheel Jamboree in Indianapolis, Indiana we came across an amazing new pinnacle in tires. Interco Tire (www.intercotire.com) and National Tire and Wheel (800.847.3287 www.natltire.com) introduced the one of the largest DOT legal tires for the off road industry, a giant 54-inch Bogger! Yes, finally all you mud boggers looking for more rubber for your machine can step up to the largest of large. Current designs are for a 19.5/54-17LT and a version for a 20-inch rim. The prototype version is 6-ply and has an estimated price of $650. National tire and wheel is taking currently taking pre-orders. As you can see, we were very excited. 54's can be expected by early 2007.
