Inner Air Lock Pneumatic 4x4 Bead Locks - New On The Lock Block
A hole must be drilled opposite the original valve stem hole for the inner-tube stem. A custom valve stem then replaces the original valve stem. The casing that holds the inner tube to the inside of the wheel is doused with talcum powder for lubrication and installed inside the tire with the air channel tab (arrow) in line with the new custom valve stem.
