Damage Control
A trip like the Ultimate Adventure will take its toll on machinery as well as on the participants. We all got our share of dings, dents, and little stuff, but here's a list of the major carnage, breakdowns, and oops we experienced, all of which were handled in the most efficient way possible.

Tom Boyd: Overheated in parking lot, rebuilt control arm after cliff diving
Jon Bundrant: Paint and bodywork slightly rearranged
Orlando Diaz: Rear track arm bracket broke
Tim Hardy: Two windshields, two axles destroyed
Rob Harris: Rear driveshaft U-Joint toasted
Gage Hartman: Rear track arm bracket bolt broke
Lonnie McCurry: Rear track arm bracket broke, tie rod tweakage
Larry McRae: Transmission noise, rear diff cover leak
Julio Monroy: Lost fan belts, broke off tire carrier in parking lot
Rick Péwé: ECM cut out above 3,000 rpm, transmission stuck in Third gear
Cole Quinnell: Cracked shock mount
Larry Trim: Steering box broke off (25 minutes after the Adventure was over)
Chris Wood: Transmission toasted
