The 2011 Ultimate Adventure marks Chris Durham’s fifth UA and one of just many wheeling adventures that he’s participated in. With a long and successful history in competitive rockcrawling, Chris now spends most of his time at his Motorsports shop in Pickens, South Carolina. His ability to set up ring-and-pinions in a parking lot, rebuild practically anything, and spot great line choices makes him a huge asset to the UA. While he is notorious for piloting no-lift Wranglers and making them do seemingly impossible things, this year he crafted a Jeep of a different kind. Though still mostly TJ, the few Willys parts along with the handcrafted bed made this low-slung Jeep a truly unique rig that made some of the toughest obstacles appear easy.
