What?! No 4WD?
We went to find some mud with a few friends, two cars, and three trucks. This VW Fox got stuck in the ruts created by another truck with us. Shortly after the Fox was rescued by a Dodge, a Ford Ranger braved the same mud-hole with the same result. It was rescued by a Ford F-250 with a Warn winch.

Lucky One
This is my '88 Jeep XJ after some friends and I were four-wheeling. I tried to spin my back tires and throw some mud on a friend. I ended up sliding my front tires over a little waterfall about 5 feet down. It landed on the unibody but didn't cause any damage. Now I have more lift and more recovery equipment.

Big Trucks Require Big Pulls
This is me in a 5-ton six-wheel-drive dump truck in Kirkuk, Iraq. By the looks of the surface, I didn't judge the ground to be that wet. It took this eight-wheel-drive fuel truck and five chains to get me out. By the way, love the magazine.
