This year we are also putting together our Top Ten list, and if you're one of the lucky few that makes the grade in our '08 April issue, then keep your eyes glued for the mail man because he's probably carrying your new 4-Wheel & Off-Road license plate and sticker! Deadline for the issue is Thanksgiving, and as always make sure the pictures are actual Whoops! All photos taken of illegal, environmentally damaging, or just plain unsafe scenarios will not be considered. Photos cannot be returned, and you will not receive any other notification if we use them. Buy the April issue off the newsstand to see if you made our Whoops! issue starting early February, '08.
