April 2010 Staff Whoops!

Staff Messes

Show Stopper
While on a cover shoot with our show truck I relearned that show doesn't always equal go.
Fred Williams
Tech Editor

Troop Leader
Since my early days of wheeling I was usually the one to try new obstacles first. This particular off-road outing pitted my stock '87 diesel Trooper II against a fresh pit that looked easy enough! A quick pull from the trusty tow strap and the Trooper was back in action!

Feature Editor

Deserted
A simple stuck turned into a real pain when I sank my '67 Commando in the sand and didn't have a shovel, winch, or extra truck to pull me out!
Kevin McNulty
Executive Editor
